SunPro Group is looking for an experienced Slitting Machine Operator to join our Ahmedabad facility. If you have a strong technical background in material conversion and equipment maintenance, we invite you to apply for this urgent opening.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate various slitting machines to convert materials into specified widths.
Check raw material quality and ensure finished products meet technical specifications.
Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform necessary repairs or routine maintenance.
Manage waste disposal according to regulations and maintain a clean workspace.
Record production data, including time and quantity entries, in the log book.
Provide training to helpers and ensure smooth communication during shift changes.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with different types of slitting machinery.
Technical ability to perform repairs and use power/hand tools.
Ability to interpret product specifications and maintain quality control.
Strong sense of responsibility for safety and equipment maintenance.
