Production Executive (Banana and Pomegranate)

Ishved Biotech is looking for experienced professionals to join one of India’s largest Tissue Culture facilities. This role is ideal for technical experts in Banana, Pomegranate, or Bamboo tissue culture who can manage high-performance lab operations and oversee production discipline.

• Manage large-scale lab operations for Tissue Culture (TC) production with high efficiency.
• Oversee critical production stages including initiation, multiplication, rooting, and hardening.
• Maintain production discipline and implement technical expertise to ensure high-performance output.
• Lead lab teams to meet the annual production capacity of 50 million saplings.
• Monitor quality control and growth metrics throughout the tissue culture process.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Tissue Culture production.
• Proven technical expertise specifically in Banana, Pomegranate, or Bamboo crops.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing laboratory staff.
• In-depth knowledge of plant biotechnology and production scaling.
• Ability to work in-person at the Jalna facility.
