KK Wind Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead - Business Analyst to spearhead requirement management, sprint execution, and Agile delivery for Analytics and Automation initiatives. Based in Bengaluru, this hybrid specialist role involves driving critical Scrum ceremonies and ensuring predictable global project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Own and streamline the end-to-end requirement intake and evaluation process for all Analytics and Automation workflows.
Conduct deep-dive requirement gathering sessions with corporate stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable user stories.
Manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to secure comprehensive development readiness.
Anchor vital Scrum ceremonies independently, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Govern the complete sprint execution cycle through precise capacity planning, dependency tracking, and JIRA workflow optimization.
Partner extensively with cross-functional Data Engineering, Analytics, and Automation delivery teams.
Requirements:
Possess 4 to 7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst within Technology delivery, Analytics, or Automation environments.
Demonstrated expertise in gathering structured requirements for BI, RPA, or data-driven automation projects.
Proven capability writing highly detailed user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and comprehensive functional specifications.
Hands-on command over Agile frameworks, Scrum/Kanban methodologies, and advanced JIRA tracking setups.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
