Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations via the DocOnline digital platform
Provide accurate medical diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans
Ensure detailed and precise documentation of every consultation in the medical portal
Adhere to national telemedicine guidelines and uphold strict patient confidentiality
Collaborate with internal medical and support teams to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements:
MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council
Strong clinical skills and ability to manage patient cases remotely
Proficiency in digital documentation and healthcare portal management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
