HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

WishFin is looking for an energetic HR Executive to lead talent acquisition and onboarding efforts. If you have experience in bulk hiring and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, we want to hear from you.

• Attract and source quality talent according to manpower planning strategies
• Liaise with Business Managers to understand and fulfill specific hiring needs
• Manage campus recruitment, walk-in drives, and end-to-end interview processes
• Handle salary negotiations and facilitate the offer release process
• Prepare weekly and monthly hiring dashboards for the leadership team
• Execute smooth onboarding for new hires and manage special HR projects

• Full-time MBA in Human Resources (HR)
• Mandatory exposure to BPO or bulk hiring processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-growth startup culture
