HexaLearn is looking for a creative Instructional Designer to join our Content Development department. You will be responsible for creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances knowledge retention and transfer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content for better retention.
Work with subject matter experts (SME) to identify specific training needs.
Visualize instructional graphics, user interface (UI), and the final eLearning product.
Provide exercises, activities, and supporting media including simulations and role plays.
Develop assessment instruments and criteria to judge learner performance.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and organized course folders.
Requirements:
Graduate in English Literature, Instructional Design, or Educational Technology.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are mandatory.
Proven experience in instructional design and instructional technology.
Strong knowledge of learning theories and storyboarding skills.
Proficiency in course development software and at least one LMS.
Knowledge of Captivate, Storyline, Lectora, or Rise is highly desirable.
