Roles & Responsibilities:
Support senior team members in corporate and commercial litigation matters.
Draft and review commercial agreements and legal documents.
Provide regulatory advisory and appear independently in select legal matters.
Manage legal research and maintain case files for structured growth.
Requirements:
Qualified and enrolled Advocate (AIBE qualified preferred).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in legal practice.
Clear understanding of corporate law and litigation procedures.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and fluent communication in English.
