Hindustan Wellness is looking for an experienced Lab Manager to oversee daily diagnostic operations in Rewa. This is a pivotal role managing multiple departments including Biochemistry and Hematology while ensuring high technical standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily laboratory operations across all departments like Biochemistry, Hematology, and Microbiology
Ensure diagnostic tests are performed accurately and reported within defined turnaround times
Oversee inventory, reagent management, and equipment maintenance
Train, mentor, and evaluate lab staff to maintain technical standards
Review test results and troubleshoot technical or analytical issues
Maintain documentation, calibration logs, and internal audit reports
Requirements:
B.Sc or M.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of NABL accreditation processes and QMS
Proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
