Join MOC Cancer Care & Research Centre as a Hospital Receptionist. We are looking for a professional to manage front desk operations, patient registrations, and billing in a fast-paced medical environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle front desk operations including patient inquiries and registrations.
Manage IPD and OPD billing accurately using hospital software.
Coordinate with insurance/TPA companies for cashless approvals and billing.
Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
Maintain and update patient records and billing data.
Provide courteous and prompt service to all patients and visitors.
Support administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer proficiency and experience with hospital software.
Knowledge of IPD/OPD billing and TPA insurance processes.
Ability to handle rotational shifts (8 AM - 9:30 PM range).
