Evision Legal Solution LLP is looking for an experienced Legal Associate to handle complex litigation in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience appearing before the Supreme Court, High Court, and District Courts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle civil and criminal litigation across various courts and tribunals.
Appear before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
Draft legal documents, petitions, and notices with high precision.
Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal opinions.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree and active Bar Council enrollment.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in litigation.
Fluent in English with strong drafting and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel for case management.
Willingness to travel for work purposes as required.
