Non-Fare Box Revenue International Expert

Join a prestigious Metro Rail project as an International Expert focusing on commercial exploitation and revenue generation. We are looking for a senior professional to develop innovative non-fare revenue models for the Delhi Metro network.

• Review and enhance DMRC's existing non-fare revenue activities.
• Identify new revenue sources beyond fare collection, including advertising and retail.
• Conduct feasibility analysis for semi-naming rights and other commercial opportunities.
• Draft comprehensive policy manuals for non-fare box revenue management.
• Lead study tours and training sessions for major metro projects.
• Explore and suggest innovative opportunities for enhancing financial sustainability.

• Full-time MBA in Finance or equivalent from a reputed institute.
• International Expert (Level 2) with minimum 25 years of experience in property business or commercial revenue projects.
• Mandatory experience in urban infrastructure, metro rail, or rail projects.
• At least 10 years of specific experience in metro/transport/large urban infra projects.
• Strong expertise in real estate valuation, retail concessions, and contract management.
