Personal Assistant to Founder (Marketing)

We are seeking a dynamic and well-groomed lady to act as the Founders shadow and take full ownership of our diverse business verticals. This is a high-stakes role for an aspiring entrepreneur ready to manage lead generation, candle exports, and digital marketing while traveling domestically and internationally.

• Provide comprehensive executive support to the Founder across multiple startups and handle all business inquiries with authority.
• Manage pre-sales and post-sales operations, including digital records, sales funnels, and client engagement logs.
• Coordinate hourly with production, quality, and feedback teams to ensure seamless business flow.
• Execute daily content strategies across social media platforms and assist in growth planning and fundraising.
• Maintain business phone lines and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel extensively with the Founder for business meetings and international market expansion.
• Take independent decisions and demonstrate a startup mindset by being a solution-provider rather than a task-follower.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a professional and energetic personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), WooCommerce, Shopify, and basic design tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools such as Blackbox, SORA, or VEO.
• Functional knowledge of MCA21, GST regulations, and Export-Import laws.
• Aged between 27-33 years with a total focus on professional growth and availability for relocation.
• Strong ability to work without fixed shift timings and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
