Requirements: - Possess 36 years of solid experience in Inside Sales or Telesales.
- Prior experience in team handling or mentoring is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong sales mindset.
- Proven track record of being target-driven and familiar with CRM tools.
- Ready to work in a 6-day work week environment from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
