Roles & Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries through Voice or Non-voice channels as per the assigned international process.
- Provide effective Technical Support or Travel assistance to global clients while ensuring high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain professional etiquette and follow standardized SOPs for client interactions.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve complex customer issues within the defined TAT.
- Document and track customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Manage night shifts and rotational schedules to align with international time zones.
Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Open to Freshers and experienced professionals from any background.
- Must be a resident of Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida for commuting purposes.
- Willingness to work in a strictly on-site (Office) environment.
- Ability to handle rotational shifts and permanent night shift schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
