Factory Manager - Manufacturing Operations

An established manufacturing firm is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will manage production efficiency, workforce utilization, and maintain high-quality standards to achieve organizational goals.

• Oversee daily factory operations and production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
• Manage manpower, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Monitor inventory, raw materials, and dispatch coordination.
• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Implement safety policies and maintain compliance with factory regulations.
• Coordinate with management, vendors, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare production reports and MIS updates.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations.
• Profound knowledge of production planning, quality control, and machinery maintenance.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems is preferred.
• Qualification: Graduate, Diploma, or B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or a relevant field.
