We are looking for a proactive Junior Project Assistant to manage project coordination, site follow-ups, and operational support. Join Jayantilal & Company to contribute to high-quality stone industry projects with a focus on execution excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities and conduct site follow-ups.
Prepare daily project reports and manage documentation.
Facilitate team and client communication.
Monitor material dispatch and project progress.
Maintain project files, challans, and operational records.
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in project or operations support.
Graduate degree; MBA in Marketing preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and reporting.
Background in Construction, Marble, or Manufacturing preferred.
Strong time management and analytical skills.
