Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors professionally and manage the reception area tidiness.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
  • Handle mail, courier services, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate orders as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional attitude.
  • Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and EPABX systems.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
