Roles & Responsibilities:
Engage with farmers and dealers to promote our specialized range of agriculture implements.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the dealership network within the assigned territory.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to potential buyers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
Requirements:
Candidates should hold a Graduate degree or a Diploma in any discipline.
Prior experience in Tractor or Agri-Implement sales will be highly preferred.
Must have excellent communication skills in local languages to interact with the farming community.
Strong field sales orientation and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
Basic understanding of the agricultural machinery market and competitor activities.
