Rayvat Outsourcing is seeking a Senior Accountant specializing in US Accounting to manage international financial operations. You will play a key role in financial reporting, tax compliance, and cross-border transaction management for our global clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements for international entities in compliance with IFRS or GAAP.
Manage foreign currency transactions and analyze impacts of exchange rate fluctuations.
Ensure compliance with international tax laws, VAT, and transfer pricing regulations.
Reconcile intercompany transactions and manage foreign bank account processing.
Coordinate with external auditors and maintain strong internal financial controls.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters or CPA/ACCA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in international accounting.
Strong proficiency in accounting software like SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
