Shubh Swastik Real Estate Group is expanding its sales team in Ghaziabad. We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to handle lead management and inside sales for our residential projects and plot developments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct tele-calling and inside sales for residential properties and plots.
Engage with potential leads to understand their property requirements.
Manage lead databases and maintain follow-up records.
Work from the designated office space at the Rapid Metro Station.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Tele-sales or Inside Sales preferred.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to handle high-volume calling and customer engagement.
Goal-oriented mindset focused on real estate sales targets.

Monthly salary: ₹15,000 - ₹28,824.
