Shivaay Consultant is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations in Andheri East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will drive financial growth, ensure robust compliance, and support long-term business expansion.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Oversee financial reporting, audits, MIS, and risk management activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and corporate governance.
Supervise and mentor finance, accounts, and taxation teams.
Manage banking relationships, fundraising, and working capital requirements.
Requirements:
CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
10–15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
Strong expertise in taxation, auditing, compliance, and corporate finance.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial modeling.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
