Sr Financial Analyst (FP&A - Bookings)

UKG is looking for a Sr Financial Analyst to join our FP&A group in support of the Bookings team. You will partner with US Corporate FP&A teams to manage performance reporting, forecasting, and analytical reviews for our workforce operating platform.

• Create and distribute monthly bookings reporting packages with financial/operational metrics.
• Analyze KPIs such as Bookings, ARR, and volume drivers with clear variance commentary.
• Participate in monthly close processes, expense tracking, and headcount database management.
• Assist with monthly forecasts, incorporating actual trends and functional inputs.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on customers, products, and regional strategic deals.

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups) and Power BI experience.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems (Anaplan/Azure preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; MBA (Finance) or CA preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in cross-time-zone models.
