Technical Support Engineer (Healthcare IT)

• Diagnose and resolve complex application issues using logs and monitoring services.
• Provide remote assistance via chat, email, and call channels for Healthcare IT systems.
• Coordinate between clients and developers to drive efficient problem resolution.
• Monitor server performance and track exceptions in Linux and Cloud environments.
• Attend client testing sessions to provide real-time technical guidance and support.

• 2 to 6 years of experience in technical support, preferably within the Healthcare domain.
• Proficiency in Linux OS, Cloud environments, and MySQL.
• Ability to work in the US time zone (Night Shift / Afternoon to 2 AM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
• Basic knowledge of Java and Web Services is an added advantage.
• Eagerness to learn unique L1/L2 support workflows for EMR and Pharmacy integration.
