SpiceSuite is looking for a skilled VoIP Engineer to manage Cloud PBX systems and provide remote customer support. If you have a strong background in networking and cloud infrastructure, join our technical team in Kerala.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Cloud PBX systems for seamless communication.
Configure VoIP endpoints and ensure hardware-software compatibility.
Provide remote technical support to customers for voice services.
Monitor and troubleshoot VoIP traffic and network connectivity.
Requirements:
Proven experience in VoIP technologies and Networking.
Strong background in Systems Administration and Linux environments.
Hands-on experience with Google Compute Engine or AWS (EC2).
Basic scripting skills for task automation.
Experience with snom or Vodia is highly preferred.
Exposure to Opensource PBX platforms is a plus.
