Tele Counsellor for Admissions Department

M S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences is looking for a Tele Counsellor to join the Admissions Department. You will guide prospective students and parents through the enrolment process, providing detailed information on academic programs and scholarships.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students and parents regarding academic programs.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups in the CRM system to achieve conversion targets.
• Coordinate with academic departments to provide updated information on eligibility and fee structures.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to enhance trust and guide them through the enrolment process.
• Participate in admission drives, webinars, and promotional activities as required.

• Any Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools for lead management.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
