Telecaller cum Sales Executive

• Connect with prospective and existing clients via outbound calls.
• Clearly explain company services, promotional offers, and pricing structures.
• Manage lead follow-ups and maintain consistent communication.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate culinary service solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-up tasks.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in explaining products, services, and pricing.
• Basic sales or telecalling experience is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
• Must be available during designated working hours (10:00 AM – 7:30 PM).
