Max Holidays India is looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our sales team in Delhi. As a Tour Sales Executive, you will help customers plan their dream vacations and grow your career in the travel industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound travel inquiries via calls, email, and social media.
Understand customer needs and suggest personalized holiday packages.
Explain itineraries, package details, and pricing effectively.
Follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain records in CRM systems and coordinate with the operations team.
Achieve monthly sales targets while building customer relationships.
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply (Graduate in any discipline).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for travel and the tourism industry.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
