CreateAsolution is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive for the luxury real estate sector. You will manage high-impact ad campaigns, optimize conversion funnels, and generate qualified leads for premium residential projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute high-converting campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve target Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Set up and track conversions using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
Create performance reports and refine retargeting strategies.
Manage lead funnels specifically for luxury real estate clients.
Requirements:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in lead generation (Luxury Real Estate preferred).
Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical skills for campaign optimization and budget management.
Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus.
Must be able to work on-site at Athani, Kochi (Relocation mandatory).
