Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate between healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve claims issues
Process medical billing and Third Party Administrator (TPA) claims accurately
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of all insurance-related documentation
Maintain detailed records of patient insurance approvals and denials
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any stream is mandatory
Minimum 1 year of experience as a TPA Coordinator is desirable but not mandatory
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes
