Transport Manager (Domestic Logistics)

A2G Load Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Transport Manager to oversee domestic logistics operations in Mohali. You will be responsible for fleet optimization, vendor management, and ensuring on-time delivery performance for our freight operations.

• Manage daily transportation operations and shipment execution.
• Plan routes, assign loads, and monitor real-time deliveries.
• Handle vendor coordination and conduct rate negotiations.
• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while resolving operational escalations.
• Maintain accurate MIS reports and ensure regulatory compliance.

• 3–6 years of experience in domestic logistics or transport management.
• Strong skills in vendor management, negotiation, and team handling.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management software.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on KPI achievement.
