Flexera is seeking a Billing Manager for our Bangalore office to lead end-to-end billing operations. You will oversee consumption-based billing, ensure financial compliance, and lead a high-performing finance team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end consumption-based billing processes for Direct and Marketplace models.
Perform daily system reconciliations, identify variances, and drive resolutions.
Ensure accuracy of invoices and adherence to contractual terms.
Create and maintain NetSuite dashboards and reports for business insights.
Lead month-end and quarter-end close cycles with full ownership of controls.
Manage a team of 4-5 direct reports, ensuring operational efficiency.
Requirements:
CA / CPA / CMA with 7+ years or M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 10+ years of experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in NetSuite (preferred) and SuiteBilling.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel for complex dataset reconciliation.
Experience in consumption-based or usage-based billing environments.
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
