Senior Executive - Insurance Operations

PeakAlpha Investment Services is searching for an experienced Senior Executive for Insurance Operations in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end insurance application fulfilment, client documentation follow-ups, and build seamless professional relationships with leading insurance providers.

• Manage end-to-end insurance application fulfilment by logging in all policy requirements during the process.
• Follow-up diligently with clients regarding policy approvals and related essential documentation.
• Liaise directly with respective insurers to resolve operational bottlenecks and administrative challenges.
• Ensure proactive follow-up and timely renewal of active insurance policies before the due date.
• Handle client and insurer queries efficiently within the established turnaround time parameters.
• Attend internal meetings with Seniors or Directors and submit regular performance progress reports.
• Maintain and present daily, weekly, and fortnightly trackers alongside structured monthly task lists.
• Manage corporate database architecture and maintain standard operational reports accurately.

• Graduate degree in any educational discipline from a recognized institution.
• Possess 2 to 4 years of professional experience specifically within the core insurance domain.
• Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, and proactive listening skills.
• Proficient operational knowledge of MS Excel for tracking and report management.
• High attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
• Deep sense of professional responsibility, ownership, and capability to operate independently.
• Ability to communicate in regional vernacular languages like Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil is an advantage.
