Join the Indian School of Business (ISB) as an Assistant Programme Manager to lead the delivery of world-class digital learning experiences. This role is perfect for professionals passionate about education technology and program execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and following detailed programme schedules and checklists for ISB Online
Manage end-to-end participant onboarding, engagement, and experience through Slack, WhatsApp, and Email
Plan and coordinate key virtual events, orientation sessions, and masterclasses on Zoom
Monitor programme dashboards and track learner progress to reduce dropouts
Liaise with internal teams like Content, Technology, and Marketing for smooth operations
Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate degree with a strong academic background
3 to 6 years of experience in programme management, preferably in Ed-tech
Proficiency in using Salesforce, FreshDesk, and Programme Management Dashboards
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with experience in MS Excel and data tracking
