Pulsus Group is hiring an On Job Trainee to coordinate scientific journal development. You will manage the full editorial process, scientific correspondence, and digital promotion for a global healthcare informatics platform.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage scientific journal development in strict accordance with SOPs and publication ethics
Produce and manage content for blogs, websites, and professional email marketing campaigns
Execute complete journal promotion through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other social handles
Oversee the peer-review process and handle proof formatting for final publications
Maintain professional and timely communication with international authors and editors
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of research publication processes in scientific journals is mandatory
Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for international stakeholder management
Prior internship or job experience in publishing is considered a significant advantage
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced editorial and digital marketing environment
