Join Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd as Assistant Vice President to lead our Sales & Marketing strategies. We are looking for a visionary leader with extensive experience in the CNC machine manufacturing industry to drive business growth and market expansion.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise entire Sales activity and ensure smooth & cost-effective functioning of Sales processes to achieve targets.
Identify new business opportunities, partners, and markets through intensive research and strategic modifications.
Keep track of sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing, and distribution networks.
Monitor global and local market scenarios, including laws and geopolitical aspects, to leverage new market entries.
Conduct customer feedback analysis to identify brand strengths and resolve technical or process weaknesses.
Maintain thorough awareness of competitors' sales figures and market strategies.
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering; Management education is a significant advantage.
15+ years of experience in Business Development and Sales within a CNC machine manufacturing company.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and competitor behavior.
Proven track record of increasing customer base and achieving large-scale sales projections.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
