Roles & Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products including oats, millets, seeds, and spices.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Collect market feedback and report insights to management.
Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up from clients.
Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Passion for sales and proactive customer interaction.
Ability to travel locally to meet clients if required.
Prior experience in FMCG sales is an added advantage but not mandatory.
