Fare Labs is seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to drive growth through lead generation and client relationship management. If you have a background in technical sales and a passion for hitting revenue targets, we want to hear from you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities by researching target clients and following up on potential leads.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand requirements and offer technical solutions.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle to successfully close new business deals.
Nurture and strengthen relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales activity and revenue benchmarks.
Requirements:
Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Management or Engineering.
Experience working within an NABL accredited laboratory environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
Proficiency in computer operations and interpreting scientific/regulatory facts to customers.
Ability to prepare quotations, protocols, and handle tender filings effectively.

Additional Information:
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Location: Gurugram, Haryana.
Target: Candidates must be persuasive and highly organized.
