Design Production Executive (Video/Graphic)

Gram Vaani is seeking a creative Design Production Executive to lead our visual storytelling efforts. This role is perfect for a multi-talented professional skilled in video editing, graphic design, and persuasive content writing to drive social impact.

• Create visually compelling graphics, infographics, and social media content to support marketing and communication efforts.
• Develop and produce high-quality videos, including scriptwriting, filming, and post-production editing.
• Ensure all communication materials remain consistent with branding, style, and messaging guidelines.
• Develop marketing collaterals and communication assets to convey key messages to the public.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual content with organizational goals.

• Master's Degree or Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, or Animation.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in communication, design, or marketing post-qualification.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for graphic design.
• Hands-on expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Hindi (Hindi proficiency preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
