Wadhwani AI is looking for an Instructional Designer to conceptualize and create learner-centered training materials. You will transform complex AI concepts into simple, actionable learning experiences for diverse audiences like rural youth and frontline workers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design AI literacy and skilling programs for low-resource, non-technical learners.
Develop lesson plans, storyboards, facilitator guides, and microlearning modules.
Contextualize content for rural audiences using visuals and local languages.
Partner with media teams to develop videos, animations, and toolkits.
Adapt content for mobile learning apps and WhatsApp-based systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's in Education, EdTech, Instructional Design, or Computer Science.
2-3 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
Proven ability to simplify technical concepts for non-expert audiences.
Familiarity with LMS platforms, Google Workspace, and online educator tools.
Experience designing for low-literacy or rural contexts is preferred.
