5D HR is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team in Kochi. You will be responsible for expanding our affiliate network and driving growth through strategic professional partnerships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and onboard premium affiliate partners and referral channels.
Promote the Affiliate Partnership Program via calls, meetings, and networking events.
Manage the entire pipeline of prospective channel partners.
Provide training and guidance to partners to maximize lead generation.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with high-value professional partners.
Consistently achieve assigned business development and acquisition targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, or Relationship Management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking capabilities and professional presentation style.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
