Billing Engineer - Civil & Electrical

Harchan Dass Gupta Pvt. ltd. is seeking an experienced Billing Engineer to manage commercial accounts execution, volume auditing, and structural quantity verification across civil, infrastructure, and MEP operations. This corporate position serves as a central hub for budget verification, subcontractor processing, and client certificate management.

• Formulate and certify detailed running account (RA) bills for corporate clients and subcontractors covering civil and electrical installations.
• Validate exact field material volumes using physical measurement logbooks, engineering drawings, and structural as-built documentation.
• Ensure rigorous alignment with corporate contract standards, raw bill of quantities (BOQ), and project specifications.
• Oversee dedicated electrical billing assets based on authorized single-line diagrams (SLD) and technical layout metrics.
• Audit quantities regarding site cabling layout infrastructure, earthing arrays, distribution panels, and commercial lighting installations.
• Maintain exhaustive material reconciliation ledgers for civil and MEP materials against real structural installation benchmarks.

• Possession of a formal B.E., B.Tech, or dedicated Technical Diploma within Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Demonstrated background of 3 to 6 years of operational field experience managing large-scale infrastructure billing accounts.
• Advanced operational proficiency utilizing AutoCAD systems, comprehensive MS Office packages, and collaborative Google Sheets.
• Comprehensive comprehension of CPWD/DSR, MES, BSNL, or alternative national standard state-level billing practices.
• Capability to interpret electrical single-line diagrams, schematic layouts, connection wire schedules, and distribution plans.
• Willingness to conduct scheduled site visits to regional deployment zones including Gurugram and Leh for material verification.
