Solar Project Engineer and Site Technician

Indresh Solenergeia Greenwaves Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified Solar Site Technician / Project Engineer for clean energy deployments across the Delhi/NCR region. This hybrid role involves conducting surveys, structural layouts, and executing comprehensive electrical installations for rooftop and commercial solar assets.

• Assist in the physical installation, configuration, and commissioning of integrated solar power infrastructure.
• Execute structural site wiring, panels mounting array setup, and distribution cable management.
• Provide technical support for on-site troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, and routine preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate seamlessly with field engineers and central project management teams to ensure execution schedules.
• Enforce strict operational safety protocols, national electrical codes, and quality compliance procedures.
• Compile daily progress reports and maintain accurate raw material inventory logs from project sites.

• Educational background: ITI Certification, Technical Diploma, or 12th standard with proven electrical knowledge.
• Possession of 1 to 2 years of hands-on technical field experience specifically within solar energy installations.
• Fundamental operational understanding of photovolatic modules, industrial inverters, DC/AC cabling, and test gear.
• Capability to travel across designated deployment sites throughout the Delhi/NCR regional grid.
• Disciplined work ethic, strong technical aptitude, and capability to operate within structured teams.
