Project Sales Manager - Solar Energy

Urjja One Powertech LLP is seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will drive high-value commercial sales, manage major corporate accounts, and secure new business opportunities across the region.

• Execute end-to-end project sales and strategic business development for commercial solar initiatives.
• Establish, develop, and maintain robust long-term relationships with B2B clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within the renewable energy market to expand market footprint.
• Meet structured monthly and quarterly corporate sales targets through systematic market penetration.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical and operational teams to guarantee seamless project deployment.

• Mandatory minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven professional experience strictly in Solar Projects or Solar Sales.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and close comprehensive engineering and technical project sales.
• Strong corporate communication, professional presentation, and strategic negotiation capabilities.
• Prior leadership background or professional team management experience is highly advantageous.
