Project Coordinator - Solar Engineering

Mature Energy Solar India Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and structured Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations and logistics in Lucknow. This position serves as a vital communication hub, aligning site tasks with technical standards to guarantee precise execution on schedule.

• Track daily on-site development progress reports and communicate resource constraints to senior management.
• Maintain systematic follow-ups with local suppliers, vendors, and construction supervisors to uphold execution timelines.
• Manage accurate personnel tracking logbooks, engineering drawings, financial invoices, and master documentation.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between corporate engineering departments, on-site personnel, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor active solar infrastructure deployment workflows and assist in administrative task resolution under operational stress.

• Possession of a formal Degree or Diploma in Engineering fields, with a strong preference for Electrical Engineering.
• Open for ambitious Freshers showcasing exceptional analytical mindset and distinct technical comprehension.
• Proficient operational knowledge of MS Excel data documentation and structural project progress reporting frameworks.
• Basic familiarity with technical schematic interpretation, blueprint readings, and infrastructure assembly logs.
• Strong problem-solving capability coupled with rigorous administrative follow-up discipline.

• Structured professional entry-level corporate exposure in India\'s rapidly growing solar power engineering sector.
