Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of blockchain developers providing technical guidance.
Architect and implement solutions on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and other platforms.
Develop high-quality smart contracts, decentralized applications (DApps), and protocols.
Collaborate with product managers to define project technical requirements.
Perform rigorous code reviews and enforce development best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Strong proficiency in Solidity, Ethereum, and smart contract development.
Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.
In-depth knowledge of blockchain security, cryptography, and consensus algorithms.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
