RSM US India is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Manager to lead complex implementations in Gurugram. This role is a perfect blend of hands-on configuration and strategic leadership for a global consulting leader.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee multiple concurrent Dynamics 365 CE engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and risk management.
Execute hands-on configuration, customization, and implementation of D365 and Power Platform solutions.
Translate complex business problems into functional specifications and robust architecture recommendations.
Partner with US-based engagement leaders as a trusted advisor to manage project lifecycles.
Quality-assure work products including data migration, integrations, and ALM strategy.
Facilitate design reviews, solution walkthroughs, and demos for global stakeholders.
Requirements:
10+ years of functional experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Expertise in D365 suite: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Power BI).
Proven experience in solution design, architecture, and ALM management.
Strong leadership skills to mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of consultants.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with executive presence.
