Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide online consultations to patients via telemedicine platforms
Assess patient symptoms and provide appropriate Unani treatment and advice
Maintain accurate patient records and consultation notes
Educate patients on lifestyle, diet, and preventive healthcare
Follow up with patients to monitor progress and treatment outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient experience
Requirements:
Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS)
Valid registration with relevant medical council
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of telemedicine tools and digital platforms
