Wadhwani AI is seeking a Consultant to validate and evaluate AI-driven healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of domain-specific question-answer pairs and performing qualitative testing for public health impact projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Verify and validate accuracy of QA pairs for the AI Assistant against technical medical documents
Modify existing question-answer pairs or create new ones to ensure comprehensive document coverage
Develop evaluation datasets and perform programmatic testing of the AI Assistant solution
Provide detailed feedback for model responses supported by domain-specific reasoning
Collaborate with development teams to communicate system enhancements based on visual and written documentation
Requirements:
Degree or final year status in Public Health, Medical Science, or a closely related domain
Strong attention to detail for verifying completeness and relevance of medical data
Excellent communication skills for documenting updates and providing technical feedback
Basic knowledge of AI deployments and a keen interest in social impact technology
Previous experience working with or training front-line healthcare workers is a plus
