Vedant Learning Centre is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our team in Kanpur. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our reach in the Indian education sector by acquiring new clients and mentoring students toward their goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and source new sales opportunities to achieve and surpass monthly revenue targets.
Generate leads through various methods including field sales (feet on the street), cold calling, and digital presentations.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate activity reports and expand the client database.
Forecast sales trends and develop innovative strategies to increase the center's market presence.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers by evaluating their specific educational needs.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the Education or EdTech industry.
Bachelor's degree (preferred) with a strong understanding of the Indian education market.
Proven experience in academic counseling, guidance, or teaching.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Tech-savvy with a good grasp of data analysis and marketing best practices.
Target-oriented mindset with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
