TechWiser is looking for an internet-native Community Manager to grow our tech-focused YouTube audience. If you live and breathe YouTube trends and know how to turn viewers into loyal community members, we want to hear from you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Engage with the audience by replying to comments on YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram.
Drive viewer conversions into active YouTube community members through proactive outreach.
Craft creative and engaging posts for Twitter and YouTube Community tabs.
Moderate audience queries via email and manage community-specific correspondence.
Organize and moderate live sessions, including real-time Q&A management.
Requirements:
Deep understanding of the YouTube ecosystem, particularly within the tech niche.
Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
Proven ability to activate online communities and foster participation.
Staying updated on the latest social media trends and tech conversations.
Ability to work onsite from the Noida office on a full-time basis.
